Unsuitable appointment for DSL activation (CINAo2N03028652B)

Hello,

I ordered DSL-M last thursday and got email that the activation will be 08 Nov (when technician will come). However I am only available at home a few days per month, between 31 Oct - 5 Nov. This request I have written in the online order formula, but it was somehow not considered.

Therefore on Friday I contacted customer service (bestellchat) and explained them the situation. They offered me a new date 02 Nov, 08-12h. But strangely in the confirmation email the activation date is set to 09 Nov, which is not possible because I will not be in Germany that day. I feel disappointed why my request cannot get a right feedback. If the time I request is not possible, I should at least get contact to discuss a suitable appointment.

I'd like to ask to change the appointment to 31 Oct - 05 Nov, as discussed with customer service. If difficult, the next time slot should be 01 Dec. Also, please send the router between 31 Oct - 05 Nov so that it can be received.
