Hi i need someone to unlock my homebox !! I have recieved my pin but i know where i can put it on!

Hello Moei,
you can enter the PIN in the web interface of the router which you will reach by connecting to the box via LAN cable or WiFi and entering the address or IP number in your browser.
You will find short instructions in several languages here.
