Unidentified fees?

Hello,
I didnt know where to go with this question since the website is in German and very hard to move around. I have just been charged an extra cost of almost 70 euros for not returning a dsl router that I have definitely returned. I am sure I returned this package as I haven't even opened it and I sent it back as soon as I got it when I knew I will not be getting the speed I paid for at my current address. Thank you for your time and help in advance.
