To cancel my DSL connection request

I applied for DSL connection on 31-Aug-18, initially in the information detail sheet everything was 7 days ago (07-Sep-2018) I received another information. So, I have to drop my order now, I have already dropped it to email to revoke@cc.o2online.com. Please let me know if I need to do anything else.

I had a look into this. The contract has already been canceled so there is nothing more that you have to do.

the correct email adress is widerruf@cc.o2online.de. Did you send your message there? You will then receive a confirmation within short.

Thanks a lot for your reply. I did drop an email on widerruf@cc.o2online.de. However, I wanted to ask if I need to do anything else apart from dropping email?
