Terminate DSL Contract

Hi,

I want to terminate my current DSL contract with effect from 30.04.2019.
I can not access my account details or the online link for termination. In both the cases I get the following message
"Entschuldigung
Aufgrund technischer Probleme können Ihre Daten derzeit leider nicht geladen werden. Bitte versuchen Sie es zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt erneut. "

I called customer care, but the fax number (01805 571766) they provided to send termination notice, does not work with E-Post.

Please help!
