Hello @Aamir321,
if you need a new apointment I can only recommend to call our DSL hotline to arrange a new date, here in this community we unfortunately do not have the possibility to do so.
If you do not speak any german at all I suggest to call with a friend of yours who does so since we can not promise that you will reach an english speaking agent.
