Telecom tech service

Hi, I am an English speaker living in Chemnitz and trying to have my O2 DSL connection. Today I had an appointment with telecom and he arrived at 8:30 am. He called me from downstair and told me something in Deutsch. I told him to wait for me and I will come downstair to receive him. After I go down, I found there is no telecom technician. They did not wait for me for 30 seconds unfortunately. Before I was living in Bremen. For 3 weeks they denied to find my address when every other postal service never had problem.
Now they gave me a new appointment after 1 week. Please tell me how to manage this telecom guy! Does O2 care for English speaking customer like me and try to manage the very difficult telecom tech? And why the service of telekom so bad?

I am sorry to hear that the apointment with the technician did end up this way. As far as I can see you already contacted our custoimer service for a new apointment, I am sure this time it will work out just fine :-)
