Technician not showed up

Hi there,

I subscribed for a DSL contract on July 7th and technician was supposed to come today, July 30th, between 8 and 12 in the morning. He did not show up. My name is on the bell and this does work. Hope he does not signal that I was not at home, cause that would be unbelievable.

The help line is not the greatest feature as you have to go through it in German, in which I am not fluent. Getting to speak to somebody is taking hours. Also, the password of my o2 account got blocked and you have to insert the Rufnummer to retrieve a new one. Too bad the system does not recognize the number that was provided in the contract.

Any hints here?

Hi,

sometime it is possible that the technican can connect you from outside. Is the DSL light light stable green you can start to set up the router. 

Is the DSL light blinking or off light you are not connect, dor this i don´t know why the technican was not there.

For the second problem you must register your connection from your landline that you can get connection to "mein o2".

I will take a look if there some o2 worker around.

Thank you. Would have been too good to be true, but DSL light is not stable. I will try to go to a physical shop to sort it out as I don't wanna waste further time on the helpline.

Hi,

that´s a bad idea because they told you to call the hotline.

Another idea is to use the live chat https://www.o2online.de/chat-ui/chat.html  Kundenservice & Vertragsverlängerung, maybe there is a english speaking helper.

Or stay here for an o2 worker but i don´t know if the worker can help you at a short way.

you need an new term for a technician. So, you have to call the hotline for a new term. Because the forum is not really fast with replys (sometimes they need several days), we don't offer technician terms here. ✅
