Technician did not show up.

Hi everybody,

I ordered a new DSL contract with O2 and a technician should have shown up in the morning today, but he did not.

So I can not call the hotline because I do not speak English. I sometimes did not understand the instruction.

I can not check my order status. When I try to check, it always says
"Unfortunately, this service is currently not available for technical reasons."

I'm not sure what to do.
Could anyone help me? Thanks!

Thank you for your answer!
Sorry it's my mistake. I wanted to say I don't speak German.

And actually I was not sure how to deal with the automatic instructions
at the beginning of the call to hotline (because the automatic messages are all in German),
but I now realized that I should just wait for a while until a person take my call.

Hi new_user.
I am confused. You do not speak english? Which language do you prefer? :-)
Our colleages at DSL customer care services speak english, so you can call the hotline to discuss the next steps.
