Suddenly no DSL

Hello,

All of the sudden, since yesterday, the DSL light on my router turned off (Home-box 2, model: 6441). I tried to restart my router many times but nothing works. I made sure about the connections to the landline. I also tried to reset the router to the manufactory settings, nothing works. 

Unfortunately my German is very basic, i tried to call the hotline and of course they couldn't help me because as they didn't speak english. 

I tried the online chat but the page won't load, probably because it's Saturday. 

Can you please advice on what can I do? I just want to make sure if there's technical problem that it will be solved.
