Hi,
Please make it clear to me since I am new to Germany and even do not know german.
I had telekom guy on 2nd of May and so reclaimed my modem but stuck in level 5. Should I wait for avtivation? it is almost a week now. The user name and password is supposed to send via email / letter?

Hello @Reza8973,
I had a look into this. You should have recieved the email with all necessary information on the 11th of April, it had the subject "Willkommen bei o2" and contained several attachments in one of which you will find the credentials to connect to the internet.
