hello O2 Team

I can't understand why couldn't i get back the this ? ( Schadensersatz für nicht zurückgesendete DSL Leihgeräte )

I sent the Router on 31.12.2018 with my friend
(My friend also sent the routher with me)

My friend get the money but why couldn't i?

That is mean of perfect arrived? then why couldn't i get the money back?
same time and same way sent router with DHL but my friend arrived but mein not yet? that impossible
O2 got the 66 euro on my konto
Please give me back that 66 Euro.

and one more

I already did the Kuendingung with O2 DSL ? But why today i get the O2 Rechnung E-mail?

Before I said...I dont have tracking ID anymore.. 1 month ago... i lost that in my home.

If i couldn't get back the my money i gonna plann to sue..

in that case...

67 Euro + 7Euro (sent Router fee) Plus another
