Router not received to my Home address

Hi Team,

I have not received a router to my home address yet.
The connection was set up on 02/25/2019 and received a message from O2.
But I do not want to be able to use until I receive a router.

I got a call from O2 team two weeks back home I'm not ready to track

Can you please let me know where can i check the status of my router delivery.

Please let me know if you need any further details.

The address is mentioned correctly and my name is also given at the door bell and mail box

Hello @vinay.athmakuri,
according to our data you did not roder a DSL router from us. As far as I can see you already were in touch with our customer service and recieved information regarding the pricing of our routers that you can rent.
