Router delivery

Hello, I subscribed to one of O2 DSL contracts which is provided for a router. I received the confirmation email and the shipment confirmation. The consignment is delivered to the consignment via the simplified company delivery from the entry-parcel center. Since then I have been translating the words "The consignment has been delivered to the parcel center". Could anyone please explai what does this mean / what should I do? I have tried to reach for customer support, but it is obviously all in English and I can not get my way around it. Is there anyone I can call / write to in English?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you

Hi ilrmlsn.
DHL tried to delieverd the router and it faild, so the router was sent back to us.
Are you sure to you told us the correct addresse for the shipping? Your name is visible on the mailbox ?
