Rooter

I had returned my DSL Rooter on the 16th of November and I got an email saying that they have received my Rooter and the processing has been done. After that there was no communication regarding the same. In their email they had said that they will send me a confirmation. But they haven't sent me any. I want to know how long it takes for the confirmation because I can see that I need to pay 49,99 Euros for the same. However I was told that if I return the Rooter I don't have to pay. I am a little confused here. I want to be sure that they have received my rooter. Thank you for your help.

Hello revatigarde,

the installation fee for the router is charged at the beginning of the contract. It can not be refunded.

Your router has already arrived here and there will be no further charges for it.
