Dear O2 Team,

I, Gairik Aluni, would like to experience my experience with O2 DSL internet connection. My address is*edited*, o2 Michi. I had ordered it for O2 DSL Internet connection dated October 11/10/2018, the connection to my house was on 08/11/2018 but there was no internet available due some technical issue since day one. I have called the customer to solve the problem and in response, with the box outside my house. 2 times. The first case no technical assistance but the ticket was closed. At the second time, a technical person came and said that "the problem can not be resolved today" and left without resolving the issue. I have asked the technical person to write the issue in the paper, so I can ask someone to translate it for me. Photo attached

The entire process of complaining over the phone is an incredibly complicated process as it takes more than 45 mins, not to mention. On top of that, I do not speak German and there is no support of English speaking customer service. I regret to say that O2 has no understanding of their customer needs and infrastructure.
" I have not been able to use a single megabyte of data" . Finally I had sent 2 letters both in written in "German" to request to disconnect the line and request for the refund, however, nothing has been refunded so far. I had to cancel the contract any time I wish, which cost me 150 Euros just for shipping.

I am just spending student and I have ended up spending more than 200 euros for the 3 months of connection and a connection fee. I pity your service. This service is in the public forum. All other companies have deducted their fault and O2 is the only company that deducts money without providing a service. I would like to claim my refund for being on the Internet for a single day.

In my house and said he can not fix this today. I hope this message goes to every customer.
