Renting a router

Hallo ,

i have activated my O2 connection yesterday and unfortunately my router isn’t compatible.
Now I want to rent a modem (Homebox) from O2 however I couldn’t find the option in meinO2.

Where can i find it ? How much time will it take ideally for the modem to be delivered ?

Hi Arun.
FYI what delivered to wunschort (ablagevertrag) is about:

"Get packages, even if you are not at home: Just set a desired location on your property. Either for indvidual packages or permanently for all shipments. If the deliverer does not meet you at home, the consignments are deposited in a safe and dry place, for example in your garage or in the garden shed, and, if required, also picked up from there. And all this goes with the DHL wish package." (source DHL Webpage)

So in this case you have to ask where the DHL Guy laid down your package.

      Hi,

      your account is on the new data base so i don´t know anything of the options you can use.
      If you want to order a leasing router you also can use hotline, livechat, post or fax and if you get luckx the router will reach you after 7 to 14 days.

      If you want to buy a router please look for some details the router must have - VDSL Vectoring, VoIP (if you want to use the landline phone), ADSL 2+, Annnex J.

        Hey,

        so i ordered the router on Monday and it got delivered on Tue afternoon . But unfortunately since I was not at home they had kept the packet somewhere ( delivered to wunschort (ablagevertrag) ). Now I don’t know where is this wunschort as I haven’t given any place for delivery.
        i have contracted DHL office and they told to contact O2 ... I am going on circles... Can you please help me in finding where my router is.
