Relocation of DSL to new address

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to relocate my DSL connection to my new apartment address but could not able to reach english speaking person hotline. I have spend hours and hours but not successful. Can some one help me to activate my DSL connection to my new address.

    I also went to local O2 office but they were not helping me, and told me to contact at hotline. I heard from many of my friend they can do easily but they are not helping.
