I am still waiting for refund for DSL router. It has been more than 12 weeks. When will you send the money back?

    Hello mzateroglu,
    I had a look into this issue, pelase excuse the delay. The money should be refunded within a few days, our financial department is working on this.
    Your bank account does still exist, doesn't it?
