Red light on Info option. ZUGANGS-Pin doesn´t work

I had to reset the router yesterdays evening and the Info light on the router turned red. Since then it ask for ZUGANGS-PIN, the one I have doesn´t work so I believe the access is blocked from O2 backend or I need a new ZUGANGS-PIN. This is some kind of urgent as I need to work tomorrow half the day from home.

I have changed the config. Please restart the box.

Hi,

for this you must call the o2 technical hotline 0800-5251378, if you got luck they only must clear your account, if you got bad luck there is a technical problem.

Please remember that you must understand german because of the voice menue or you must get help by a german speraking friend.
