Received invoices ..no contract from past 1year

Hi O2 team,
I have received a email from O2. That you will deduct 6 Euro form my account.
My bill id is T0010001B000006006520014

But i dont have any connection from you from Last one year.
1 year before i had mobile and dsl connection. Now i dont know my password or login.

Could you please let me know in detail.

Hello @Vikcy,

I have checked your concern. The final invoice was about the extra pack of data usage. As you spent all your 200 MB data volume there was an automatic renewal. This is charged with 2 EUR once. It happend three times: July 2nd 2018, June 2nd 2018 and May 10th 2018. Because of a bug the charging failed as long as your contract was still in use. So we had to do this retroactively.

The invoice is correct but it is definitely the last one.
