Rebate on Internet After Account Transfer

Hello,

On the 2nd of August I transferred my o2 account to another tenant in my WG as I was moving apartment. I recently received a 'bill' stating my account was -33.86€ meaning I am due a refund for this amount.

After contacting the Facebook team regarding this issue I was told to wait until my router was returned and then directed here. Unfortunately, I was paying monthly using direct transfer meaning o2 don't have my bank records to repay the money. So, how do I get this money back? I've tried ringing the customer hotline but my German is not yet at a level that could explain my issue (or get passed the automated menus to be honest).

Hello Lars,

I'm sorry for the late reply but I wasn't aware this question was answered.

I was able to contact the hotline and explain the issue, and was informed that the money would go in my account. But as you can see that has been over two months, and I still haven't received a refund. Would you be able to help me with this issue via private message instead?

I wasn't sure if it would be best for me to start a new a new thread, so apologies if I have done the wrong thing by "necroing" my original question.
