Random disconnecting from DSL and PPPoE Error

My internet connection randomly drops a few times a day with the below error.

 

16:01:15 13:33:20 Internet connection was successfully established. IP address: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx DNS Server: 62.109.121.1 and 62.109.121.2, Gateway: 62.52.200.177, broadband PoP: BERA24-a1
16.1 .15 13:33:10 PPPoE error: Timeout.
01/16/15 13:32:18 PPPoE error: Timeout.
01/16/15 13:31:26 PPPoE error: Timeout.
01/16/15 13:30:41 DSL . is available (DSL synchronization exists with 51391/10048 kbit / s)
. 16/01/15 13:30:03 Timeout during PPP negotiation
16:01:15 13:30:03 Internet has been disconnected.
01/16/15 13:29: 58 DSL not responding (no DSL synchronization).

 

 

I have done a full factory reset of my Fritz! Box 7490} {from 02 but still having the same issues.
