Quit notice

Hello,

I already sent a letter “Kündigung“ in which I wrote, that because of private problems, I have to leave Germany and I would like to cancel my contract. I didn’t receive any informations back, if they receive something or/and what should I do in that case. I tried to call to the hotline but it was really hard to find out something because of language. If there is a possibility, could you please tell me what I supposed to do? I don’t have so much time- till the end of May.
