Problem with changing DSL provider

Dear,

I currently have a DSL contract with 1 & 1, and I wanted to switch to O2 DSL. So, I have done the following:

  1. I have the new provider, and I am sending you my change request to 1 & 1
  2. Additionally, I have sent a letter to 1 & 1, by fax (attached)
My contract with 1 & 1 can be stopped on 28/02/2019, if i request the termination before 14/02/2019, stating this.

Very quickly, I have a letter from 1 & 1 stating my "notice" and the date of termination correctly (see attached).

After one week, I am looking forward to receiving a second letter of notice from 1 & 1, stating a new date of 10.01.2020 !!! (see attached). This is what they say about O2.

What is your question? You seem to have a DSL contract with 1und1 which runs until 10.01.2020 and a mobile contract that runs until 28.02.2019.

Hello,
as already stated be @bs0 it looks like your contract with your provider runs until 2020. That is also the date that was confirmed to us when we sent the note of cancelation.
If you think there is an error in this date I can only recommend to contact your provider to clear this issue.
