Hi ,

yesterday i got my Fritzbox 7940 and installed it and 1st thing i tried is to connect my PS3 via PPPoE and it worked and i got Nat Type 1 ( which is the best for gaming ) . But today it will no longer connect the same way and i tried everything possible like checking if there is a mistake or something like and i even tried resetting my router and install everything from the start ... but still the same problem i can't connect it via PPPoE-Passthrough ... Is there any Solution to this problem ???

If you get a VDSL Line from O2 you are not able to establish a 2nd PPPoE Session.
Test it just shutdown the PPPoE session on your fritzbox. The PS3 should connect than.
Fix the DHCP adress for PS3 and switch upnp on. The nat performace of a fritzbox is fast enough

@schluej thank you for your answer . According to this : https://hilfe.o2online.de/router-software-internet-telefonie-34/ps3-mit-pppoe-einwahl-extra-kosten-39282

there is an option to connect 2 PPPoE Sessions at one time ...

5 years ago most connections are ADSL with ADSL from O2 it is no Problem.
With a VDSL from Telekom it should not posibbel to open 2nd session.
but maybe I failed

I agree with schluej!
All new VDSL-connections are one-sessions.
multiple PPPoE-Sessions are relikts of the past.
