I can't login in any area of this website.
I had to create another account just to use the forum. It is impossible to keep track of any update in my request.
2 weeks and nothing was solved. Today I was supposed to have a technician in my house to install the DSL. Obviously no one appeared.

Please cancel any further action and refund any amount charged.

Hello Rspx2,

at the moment we are waiting for the reply of the local networkprovider to our new request. You will be informed about any further steps via email. I don't see a confirmed appointment for yesterday.

Of course we can cancel the contract for you. Please confirm. There were no charges so far.

and yes there was a date appearing the first time I logged in to install the DSL, now obviously if i can't login anymore i can't check it. i'm done with this.

and do not call this a contract when there was no service provided or any confirmation by your part. If any charge will be made to my bank account, I will gladly take legal action.
(i know is not your fault at all, but your company really has no regard for its costumers and here is the only place that i can express my self in english before i have to create another account simply to login)
