What is PKK number and why I cannot register under DSL area?!
Now I cannot see my DSL bill. Can you help?

dear Cavi11,

the PKK is a four-digit number to identify you as yourself, when you call us or write to us here in the forum. This number is usually choosen by yourself, sometimes you'll find it on your shop contract on side one.

Please use these buttons unter www.o2.de



fill in your landline number



use this option:



and fill in your personal four-digit customer number, a new password and the username you want to use:

    same problem. if the number is so important ,why you do not show it in my contract? I can not understand. Why it is not 100%,but sometimes？
