PIN for router intsallation

Hallo!!!

I am trying to obtain the PIN nummer in order to install the Homebox 6441. It was imposible to speak with someone in the english line, after more than 30 minutes waiting they hunged up the phone. I need to return the old router since we change the contract. so I am paying for two conexions because I can not obtain the PIN number. Please could you say me what I have to do to obtain it? the number is not in the Anschlussinhaberwechsel.

Hello,

in the case of an "Anschlussinhaberwechsel" (transfering the contract to another person) the new contract partner will receive all necessary information via email and/or mail.
