Passwords for dsl set up

I have been trying to set up my dsl all day. No one has been willing to help me via chat or phone (both German and English Hotlines). I ended up going into the store to try and get help on which passwords are needed. I was shown one. But no other clarification of which prompt to use it with.
My dsl “wizard” shows that I have dsl, wlan and internet connection (all 3 check). It then takes me to the next page which asks for a new password and to confirm it. I have tried the one on the modem, the PIN I was sent, my account password, changed my account password and tried the new one, and made up one to put in. Nothing seems to work. what do I do fix this?

Hello,
there should be some contxton the page that asks for a password. It may for example be the password to access thou router web interface. It may also be a new password for the WiFi connection. In both cases it is a password that you select yourself and that you confirm by typing it again. If you still encounter problems feel free to send a screenshot of the page that gives you trouble.
