One month since contract move ordered. Still in processing.

Hi,

I ordered an 'umzug' for my DSL contract via the online account. This was a month ago.

Online it showed that the processing will take about 48 hours. Up till this day it is still in processing.

I got an email with the DSL-auftrag number. However, when I go to check the status, it shows nothing.

My bank account is still being charged for services that I am not receiving. 

Please help.
