Hi,

I am new in Germany, the o2 sales guy tricked me into a contract that was in German and not in English, by saying that "I don't have to pay for 6 months and after that I have to monthly.
Now when I went their to cancel my contract (I am leaving my rented flat), he says, I have to pay atleast for 24 months. I am tricked into a wrong contract that started on 22 Sept 2018 and I got my connection on 17 Oct 2018. I want to end my Contract ASAP, Why does o2, is robbing me off my money after fooling me into wrong contract?

How can I get rid of this 24 month trap. It is suffocating me, o2 tricked me into a wrong contract.

Is it possible to transfer my contract to the people taking the house after me?

in principle yes. Or you move your DSL-contract to your new flat.

Normally its the best solution to take a 2-year-contract. Therefore the recommendation was not bad.
Bad is your relocation for both sides.

It was not recommended, I was fooled into it, I was not told it is a 24 months curse. The other flat where I am going already have a internet connection. Their cancellation method is also horrible.

No offence intended, but if you don't understand what you are signing, then don't sign it! It is always better to have somebody who speaks German with you when signing a contract or any other official document.

I have been in 6 different countries, this shit never happened with me. The shop keeper spoke English well, if he hid the important thing what should ?

My money is being robbed, you wont understand, if you cannot give solution then don't reply with time wasting suggetions.

No, you don't understand, and that is (was) also the problem.

This is a public discussion forum. If you don't like what people reply to you then you are free to ignore it. You seriously think this doesn't happen in other countries just because it has never happened to you?

I don't think you were fooled. Certainly the contract is in german, because we are in Germany. Therefore you should have read it twice and best with a person who speaks german.
In this contract are the 24 months clearly remarked. Shure you can say you haven't been told its 24, but before accepting the contract it is your part to read and understand something you will sign.

Your money is not being robbed. You have signed it, so the contract sys you understood it.
What do you expect?
O2 saying..."Hey it's our fault, that you haven't been told ..."
No way...
But therefore you don't want any time wasting replys, I'm directly outta here...
