From which adress did you receive the last mail where my collagues ask for
*Data of previous tenant
*First and Last name etc etc ?
You should use that address, if you got the mail from a no reply adresse please get back to us here.

I’m having trouble with the processing of my O2 order, I was sent an email asking for the following information to set up my DSL connection:

*Data of previous tenant
*First and Last name
*Provider of previous tenant
*Phone number & date of cancellation

Unfortunately, I do not know the answers to those 4 questions is there any you could help me?
