O2 new DSL connection

Hello, I took new O2 DSL connection twice, First time , It could not be done since I did not answer to the call from O2 (as per the O2 shop assistant). I took it again and now i am afraid that same issue will happen again. Till now I have only email with contract and receipt. I dont have any credential online to check status. Please help to confirm my order so that it can be done this time.
