Hello,

Since yesterday I am unable to access my O2 Wlan. The o2 router is home box 6441.Internet working till last night but stop working .. When I open for example google chrome browser, it takes me to german telecom login page. ( Telecom login ). This is strange

LED status on the Homebox: Power Green, DSL Green, Internet Green, LAN / WLAN Green.

I would like to point that out:

- Info Led button is Green.

Please call the service hotline at 08005251378 when you are at the router.

btw: Wifi/WLAN should work even if the router has no internet connection - but with local access only of course.

Thanks for the reply!

Router shows it has internet connection but when I am trying to access any website , I am getting redirected to telekom.de site for entering user credentials. I dont know why it is happening.

Regards,
Abhinav

Is it important to you to know why? I think it does not make sense to speculate about possible causes, because you can not fix them yourself.

It's not an issue with the router. Therefore, I advised you to call the service hotline. But I'm tired of repeating my self.
Good luck with fixing it by yourself.
