o2 HomeBox 6441 funktioniert nicht

Hello,

My router stopped working from yesterday morning. When I found at the first time, the power light was already off and when I unplugged and plugged again, no light was back on again on the home box. It is impossible to turn on the homebox and so I couldn't check whether internet connection itself is fine. I have checked the power adapter with multi-meter, but the adapter seems to work fine. How can I replace the homebox with a new one?

Hello,

short way is to get in contact with the O2 hotline. You could try to get in contact with e.g. o2_Stefan and ask him to do so. It would be help full to put your phone number in you "Benutzer Profile" goto "Profil bearbeiten" right upper coner (where the bell is).
