O2 hat ehrlich schlechstes System

Hi. I signed an O2 DSL contract on October 7. And on October 23, Technica visited me to activate the Internet. But I forgot to order the router, so I bought a cable connecting the frame box 4040 and the telephone line on the 24th. However, when asked about "O2" Live Chat, he only gave unnecessary answers. I finally bought another Fritz box 7590 today and tried it. However, the Internet is still disconnected and the DSL is labeled unterbrocken. I spent more than 300 euros on the router alone and the contract is in progress and I can't use the Internet. I can't speak German well, so I'm just repeating the situation. I am so angry now and even hate and scornful of O2. Anyone who wants to solve this problem should help.
