O2 DSL contract cancellation confirmation.

Hello,

I have sent a letter for cancellation of my O2 DSL contract on 18-december-2018 to following address but I have not received any confirmation from O2.

Please Provide me confirmation that letter is recevied and O2 contract is cancelled.

Hi,

everything is fine right now. Your contract is going to be finished March 8th 2019. At the same day you will get your final invoice containing the remaining fee.

Hello @ckhosla,
we sent you information via email that we need the "Abmeldebestätigung" as a proof that you no longer live at the location that the DSL contract was used.
Please send this document to the address already stated above so your contract can be canceled.

Hello Lars,

I had already send the below documents to above mentioned address along with the O2 DSL contract cancellation form.

  1. Abmeldebestätigung (deregistration form of Rathaus)
  2. My current employment letter from India as I do not live in Germany now.
All three documents( O2 DSL contract cancellation form, Abmeldebestätigung , Employment letter from India) were in a single envelope.

Please check again as these documents were already send by me.

Hello @ckhosla,
in our data I found a "Meldebestätigung". This document confirms an address in germany. We still need the "Abmeldebestätigung".
