O2 DSL contract cancellation confirmation

O2. You have not received any confirmation from O2.

Please Provide me confirmation that the letter is receivable and O2 contract is canceled.

Hello @ckhosla,
we recieved the documents in the middle of February, as soon as we got them,the deactivation was placed for the earliest possible date which is the 8th of March. You should have recieved a confirmation regarding this via email by now.

Hi ckhosla.
Are you still in germany or are you back home oversea?
Our colleagues from the cancellation department need a so called "Abmeldung" that is an offical paper that you are leaving germany permanent.

And I have also sent the "Abmeldung" to o2.

Please cancel the contract and provide me the confirmation
