O2 Cancellation

Dear O2 Team,

I am leaving Deutshland as my student fellowship tenure is fininshed.
I have already sent the cancellation request with appropriate document through Fax.
I have not recieve any confirmation/letter from your side.

I also want to know, how to return the O2 homebox router to you.

i had a look at your account. Your cancellation is still in preocess, because there are little technical difficulties.
