No wireless internet - O2 Matzo I need help but the contribution box will not let me type see what happens below

As i told you, we need some more info to help you. Which router do you use? Could you tell us the exact type and modell? You can find the info printed on the label under the router.

FRitz box 7430. I went to the O2 store yesterday and he talked to the hot line. They set up a new username and password and gave instructions on what to do. I followed the I instructions. Put in the info. Put in O2 DSL. And ran the test. It failed.
