No phone line connection

Good morning,
Since Wednesday evening I have no phone line at home. The routher is only showing the power green light and the Wifi enabled green light, but I have no phone or Internet.
I don't speak Greman and I not able to contact o2 customer pone.
What can I do?

as far as I can see you got in touch with our technical support and got an appointment for tomorrow. Hopefully everything will be alright afterwards. :-)
