    I have checked with DSL Hilfe and the application confirmed the >Router has no internet connection
    I have the case Number if needed can Forward it v H

      Sorry for my Weak German.

      The IVRS is in Duetsch, I can not interprete to provide correct input.
      Can I know if it is possible to switch to English for the IVRS.
      Else the back to input.

      I had a look into this. As far as I can see you already reached our DSL technical departement and a ticket was opened for you and finally sucessful closed.
      Your DSL connection is up and running, it looks stable and shows no signs of disconnects. :-)
