No internet connection, no help

Hi! My internet connection is not working since around 11:30 pm yesterday. There was no internet light on the router and the info light was blinking. tried switching off and on the router, it didnt help.
I've rebooted the router, tried connecting, but it did not help. I cannot go through the connection assistant page.
I tried contacting support via hotline - No one spoke English. I tried reaching via support chat, translating my messages to German with Google. But 7 times I tried to contact, i was always forwarded to “my colleague” and after that dropped off the chat. I’m very much disappointed with the customer experience, and simply want my problem to be solved. Who on earth should I contact to get my issue solved??!!

Hello Popovahse,
please also have a look here. If none of the tips helps, including setting up the router from scratch, it is necessary to contact the technical DSL service. If you do not speak german I suggest to call with a friend of yours who speaks german since we can not promise that you will reach an agent who speaks english.

Dear Lars,
for your information: I’ve done all that is listed, incl. resettling my router. I also had my friend call the support and did all those things again. It didn’t help. And the guy from tech support couldn’t help. As of now, I don’t have internet connection for the 4th day in the row. That’s insane. I’m very disappointed with the attitude O2 has towards customers, you simply don’t give a s*it.
please send a technician over.

Hello,
as far as I can see you contacted our technical department yesterday but unfortunatley where not at home. For a first diagnosis it is necessary to contact the technical support while being at the router so the technicians can test several things and immediatly see the results. So please contact the technical departement again whil in front of your router and please have a friend of yours rady who speaks german. Sorry fpor any inconveniences.
