No internet connection,

Dear O2 Support,

since today morning the internet is not accessible, the router Wifi is on and connectable.
Logged in to the Router web page, and saw the DSL is not "Verbindet".

Restarted router, did not help (tested several times with waiting times)
Checked cables, connectors, all in good condition AND not changed by me (it is as it was before in the working situation).

I have active contract since 2012.

Could you tell me what is the next step? I need the internet connection.

Currently the router is powered on and the info LED is blinking in red; the Power, WLAN and DSL are in condstant green.

Hello @Viktor37,
I had a look into this. As far as I can se you already contacted our technical DSL departement and your DSL connection is up and running again since yesterday evening :-)
