New instalation. Can't find internet port in the apartment. Despite that I rceived an email from the company that the crevice is activated. I found only this port but it is not compatible with the router

HNew instalation. Can't find internet port in the apartment. Despite that I received an email from the company that the crevice is activated. I found only this port but it is not compatible with the router. What should I do? Do I need a connector or adapter????

Wrong connector(TV only)! You must look for a phone connector (TAE).
