New DSL activation appointment

Good morning,

this morning the technician came to acitvate my DSL connection but it was not possible. I need another appointment, I have tried thourgh the website (but I can't log in to mein02 says my rufnummer is not active) and there is no hotline for English speakers. How can I get a new appointment? Kind regards,Lara

Hello @lara.navarro,

unfortunately we do not offer a dedicated hotline for english speaking customers.

If you need a new apointment for the technician I suggest to call the DSL hotline for example with a friend of yours who speaks german.
