My router does not have lights for internet and phone. The red light for info was red but not anymore... is there any issue with the network?

    I have reset the router and now the red light info light is on... any idea what to do? thanks

    I have entered in the router configuration and it shows that the "status der Erkennung des zugangsnetzes" is nicht Verbunden...
