3 months notice to the end of the 2 year contract term? What date should the contract have ended? How and when did you send the termination notice to o2?

If you no longer live in Germany did you send in the required documents (in particular deregistration certificate and proof that you are living in a different country?) and request early termination?

What is the point of asking on a "customer help customer"forum if you only want to communicate with o2 employees? Obviously this is not the right place for your issue. I suggest you either telephone the hotline or use the chat.
