Modem not received yet (address incorrect)

Hello,
Through the My O2 section. I have changed my address to my office address. Unfortunately, something in this process has gone wrong. I have been signed for the o2 service point where i have signed the contract (on the 19/11). Today (3/12) I tracked my package through the delivery company's website and it's delivered back to you on Saturday, however. Besides, in my o2 section the address of my shipment is still my office address and not my home address. The activation day of my line is on the 5/12 and I just want to know when my modem wants to be back. So I do not want to pay for a DSL that can crashed. Speak English.
